Sometimes a little difficult to open. Need to keep rubbing the top part together. Wish they came in whiteThey are much bigger than usual grocery bags & so far they're stronger too. I really love the black too because it just adds more of a sense of privacy. I've only had 1 rip to date, but in all fairness there was crumpled up tin foil which could have caused the rip. Overall... so far I'm really happy with the product.Since plastic grocery bags have been outlawed in my city, I have been looking for suitable replacements and wasn't happy until I found these. I tried a few other brands but they were all too thin and/or too small. One of these other brand bags I was using broke and went crashing to the concrete, shattering a $5 bottle of kombucha. I was not happy.These are just what I was looking for. They are big enough to fit my garbage pails and strong / thick enough to be a good substitute for the bags that we used to get in the grocery stores. They come flat and are also easy to fold up and put in your back pocket, so you have one or two ready for when you need a bag.I also like that these are black so that they are not see-through. I tried the multi-colored bags but the contents would be visible. Overall I am pleased with these and will order them again if they are still offered on Amazon.Very sturdy! I like that the color is black!The large majority of the bags don't have holes in them. The ones that do; the holes are obvious. All the holes I've had were on the bottom and about 1 to 2 inches in diameter. And as these bags have a decent thickness, they are not translucent. I use these as trash can liners and don't get any leakage.I use these for litter from the cat box. They are just the right size and the two handles are what I was looking for. Wanted to order the biodegradable bags but California would not let them be delivered to me. Go figureRecommend these bags as they are strong and endure.The Seller said this bag was sturdy and it definitely is. So glad I bought this product. Its hardier than some of the kitchen trash bags out there.
